What do I wear?
Basic beach wear like shorts or a bathing suit with a cover. Anything you would like keeping mind you may or may not get wet.
Will I definitely get wet?
If you want a dip you will certainly get a little wet. We do offer the "Mother in Law" special! (Just kidding Mom!)
How long is the whole from ride from the time we leave the dock to the time we get back?
If it is full boat of 12 passengers, it will be about on hour and fifteen minutes including all parasail flights. We give full flights, we keep you entertained and its a blast. We try hard to split the boats to keep the boats from being crowded and we will do our best to keep families and groups on private boats at no additional cost o you.
Can I take pictures.
You can use your camera or purchase one of our great film packages. We take pictures of you and your party so you can enjoy more of the ride and not have to worry about capturing it yourself. We do it all for you. Our packages are priced reasonably and are very popular.
Do you give discounts for groups?
Absolutely we do. We are very family friendly. We give great breaks for groups and functions such as sports groups, family reunions and wedding party's. We specialize in large groups with free film packages and other incentives. Call us direct or email us and we will do what we can. No hard sell! Just good clean fun! Lets go flying!
Can you do wedding proposals quietly and discreetly.
Surprises are our specialty! We have the ability to provide you with a private flight and we take pride in making your special moment very memorable. We have done many proposals. We have a special sunset flight where you have the boat and crew to yourself! All alone! We can even hold a wedding on board or while in flight! If you have an idea, let us know. If we can accommodate you, we will do the best we can to make your moment special. We are here to have fun and make memories.
What happens if the weather is bad and we reserved a flight.?
We monitor computer generated NexRad Radar, Local weather radar, VHF N.O.A.A Marine weather and local T.V. weather channels.
We take pride in working with our clients to let them know as soon as possible if we are not going to fly and refund any deposits with no cost to you. We do this for several reasons. First is safety. As the only members in Virginia belonging to the Professional Association of Parasail Operators we fly by strict guidelines. Secondly we want to give you enough notice to make other plans since your time here is limited. Thirdly, if its not fun we are not going to beat you up and take your hard earned money. We are the first company to shut down for inclement weather and we are proud of that. We've even been known to shut down because of questionable weather and hang out with our clients for some good food and fun and show them where the locals go! We love our customers and we appreciate you!
Do we have to pay for parking?
The City of Virginia Beach operates a shuttle or trolley service along Atlantic Avenue for a reasonable charge on a schedule that is sometimes off . If you choose to drive to our location, we pick up the parking tab so its free for you while you are parasailing! Free parking! That's rare these days in a tourist area!
How many boats do you have?
We have three state of the art 420 horsepower 31 foot Ocean Pro Parasail winch boats that can hold 12 passengers each. With reservations for the three vessels we can accommodate groups up to 36 passengers for corporate parties, family reunions and the like. Our vessels are professionally maintained by certified Caterpillar marine mechanics, inspected and certified by the United States Coast Guard. Our uniformed crews take pride in what they do for you. Regardless who you choose to fly with, ask if the boat is an Inspected Vessel and look for the U.S. Coast Guard Inspection decal to show current inspection from the Coast Guard. It will be posted on the Captains Helm. If its not there, its not a U. S. Coast Guard inspected vessel. Its a safety issue with us.
